Spot-Free Water Deionization Car Wash System CWS-300

The APEC Spot-Free Car Wash Filter System effectively removes all mineral ions to produce ultra-high purity water without developing scale buildup. This point-of-use combo system can effectively filter out mineral ions such as sodium, calcium, iron, copper, chloride, sulfate, nitrates, phosphates, silica, and ammonia to deliver clean and spotless water to your water hose.

Measuring 12" x 19" x 35" and weighing 51 lbs, the system has a maximum temperature of 100ºF and a maximum pressure of 90 psi. The initial pressure drop is 1 psi at a flow rate of 15 GPM, with 3/4" FPT input and output line size and a standard bypass adapter.

The system's capacity varies based on the concentration of dissolved solids. At 50 ppm, it can filter up to 1200 gallons, while at higher concentrations of 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm, 400 ppm, and 500 ppm, the capacity is reduced to 600, 300, 200, 150, and 120 gallons, respectively.

The Advanced Deionization Technology employed in the CWS-300 model captures dissolved solids and releases hydrogen and oxygen as water passes through, a process known as deionization. This deionized water can pull out haze-inducing dirt on the molecular level, making the color, paint, chrome, and glass shine as bright as possible.

The CWS-300 utilizes two 20" BB DI specialty filters to effectively remove all mineral ions, including sodium, calcium, iron, copper, chloride, and more, producing ultra-high purity water without scale buildup.

Widely used on automobiles, SUVs, trucks, RVs, motorcycles, boats, household windows, and roofs, the CWS-300 can easily complete tasks that would normally take hours. The deionized water dries spot-free, eliminating the need for hand-drying.

The moveable stand makes the system convenient to relocate for various applications. The cartridges are easy to install and replace, with detailed instructions provided.
