The APEC Water Systems FILTER-MAX-PH Water Filter Replacement and the APEC Water Ultimate series complete 6-stage high capacity filter set are designed to provide exceptional water filtration performance. The APEC ultimate series high flow 6-stage complete filter set is made in the USA with the highest quality filtration components, ensuring a longer-lasting filter set to protect and prolong the lifespan of your reverse osmosis system.

The premium quality pre-filter cartridges in this set can last over 12 months, while the membrane and post-carbon filter can last 3-5 years, reducing the frequency of filter change-outs and providing high-performance impurity removal. These standard-size filters are compatible with the APEC Water RO-PH90 system.

The 6-stage filtration process includes:

1. A high-grade 10-inch high-capacity polypropylene sediment filter that removes dirt, particles, and rust. This 100% pure polypropylene depth filter has an exceptional dirt-holding capacity, resulting in a longer life and fewer change-outs compared to existing string-wound or resin-bonded filters.

2. & 3. Premium extruded carbon block 10-inch filters that eliminate unpleasant chlorine, tastes, odors, cloudiness, and colors. These filters also remove VOCs and other common harmful synthetics from the water.

3. A high-rejection 90 GPD TFC reverse osmosis membrane that removes a wide variety of impurities, including arsenic, chlorine, lead, fluoride, chromium, and radium.

4. An advanced coconut shell refining carbon 10-inch TCR filter that removes any possible residual taste from the tank.

5. A 10-inch high purity pH+ calcium carbonate re-mineralization inline filter that increases the pH level of the water by adding calcium carbonate mineral back into the water.

In addition to the 6-stage filter set, APEC Water Systems also offers a set of 3 replacement O-rings (3.5" OD) for APEC Essence and Ultimate reverse osmosis systems, as well as other 10" standard-sized filter housings. These durable O-rings are light-weight, easy to install, and can be used with Dow Corning 111 Compound lubricant or any other food-grade lubricant for maximum leak seal. It is recommended to replace the O-rings every 1-2 years.
