This listing contains a total of 6 filters, consisting of 2 sets of bottom 3 filters, including 2 sediment filters and 4 carbon filters. The filters are compatible with the APEC Ultimate Complete 5-stage high-capacity filter set for RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, model ROES-50 and RO-45, similar to the FI-ES-SED10 sediment filter and 2 of the FI-ES-CAB10 carbon block filters. These filters are 100% compatible and come with instructions.

The filters offer extended service life and are 100% compatible. The first-stage filter is a multi-layer 5-micron sediment filter that provides more dirt-holding capacity and extended service life. It has a dimension of 2.5" in diameter and 9.84" in length, fitting a standard 10" filter housing canister. The filter is made of pure polypropylene and conforms to the ISO 9001:2000 manufacturing standard. It removes sediment, dirt, sand, and rust, and should be replaced every 12 months.

The second and third-stage filters are activated coconut shell carbon blocks with extra capacity. They have a 5-micron rating and can reduce up to 6,000 gallons of chlorine or handle 2,000 gallons of RO water usage. The filters measure 2.75" in diameter and 9.84" in length. They are made with 100% high-quality coconut shell carbon, featuring a better bonding and structure design that minimizes the channeling effect and extends the service life. These filters reduce sediment, chlorine, chloramines, taste, odor, VOCs, and THMs, and should be replaced every 12 to 18 months.
