Replacement Filters for APEC RO Systems

The APEC FILTER-SET is a compatible set of 3 filters designed for use with the following models: ROES-50, ROES-75, RO-45, RO-90, RO-PH90, RO-PERM, RO-PUMP, RO-Hi, WFS-1000, ROES-UV75, ROES-PH75, ROES-PHUV75, and ROES-UV75-SS. This set includes 1 sediment filter and 2 carbon block filters.

The first stage is a multi-layer 5 micron sediment filter that offers increased dirt holding capacity and extended service life. This filter measures 2.5" in diameter and 9.84" in length, fitting standard 10" filter housing canisters. Manufactured with pure polypropylene and BPA-free, it conforms to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. The sediment filter removes dirt, sand, rust, and other sediment, and should be replaced every 12 months.

The second and third stages are activated coconut shell carbon block filters. These filters have a 5 micron rating and can reduce up to 6,000 gallons of chlorine or 2,000 gallons of reverse osmosis (RO) water usage. Measuring 2.75" in diameter and 9.84" in length, the activated carbon block filters are made with 100% high-quality coconut shell carbon. They remove sediment, chlorine, chloramines, as well as improve taste, odor, and reduce THM, VOC, pesticides, herbicides, and turbidity. These filters should be replaced every 12 to 18 months.
